You cannot do that. It can be removed only from the call log. That will just remove the entry so that it cannot be accessed. Google hasn't provided a function to properly delete the call recording,
If you want to delete the recordings then there is one way which is deleting data of the Phone app. But that would delete everything so it isn't a real option.
Ohh, thats very terrible then, If a person gets so many calls everyday and he records every call, he will run out of storage very soon, without seeing any file on file manager.😁
Google has to make a way, to access the recordings and deleting/managing them without affecting the call logs.
There could be an auto delete feature that I am not aware of. Also, this is just a plain guess from me. But it makes sense to auto delete the files after a set time frame if the person has removed the entry from the call log.
