Still stuck on v12 on Nokia 8110 4G in South Africa! Fair?

Why is it that South African version of the phone has not been updated since? I am still stuck on v12 no update found to the lates v17 or later?😥

Hi. You need to turn off your phone first. After you turn it back on, you can then check for updates, which will show you V17, and then you can download and install it. :)

Under Setting/Device Information/Software Update/Setting

1. You need to check Software Update Setting and preferably set to "Automatic update" and
2. You need to check Download and choose between "Wifi" or "Wifi or mobile cellular" (I prefer cheaper wi-fi)
