I only set my ring volume at 50% cause it is crazy loud 😜

looks like a sad but common problem with NOKIA. I would advise you (I am not with NOKIA) to retour the phone to your seller as from the beginning on it does not work as expected. In such a case the vendor has legally to replace the handy or refund!
