I shipped my phone twice to the service center via your eBuilder site (https://nokia.ebuilder.com) because its loudspeaker buzzes. On the first time, the service installed the update to my phone. On the second time, the service returned my phone without repair to me but forward the problem description to software developers (the repair update promised to publish during May by the chat support). I have installed today (after the third service time, see below) May and June extra updates (7,02 MB and 13+ MB) but the loudspeaker still buzzes.
In addition, after the second service, phone's screen set on/off continuously until I restarted it. I moved the phone the third time to the service, this time via DNA (the Finnish operator and my phone reseller). After the third service, phone's main board replaced but the loudspeaker still buzzes. I also noticed that phone's 'previous full charge' counter on the battery settings will reset after I restart my phone.
My phone runs Android 10. Can you fix problems with the software update(s) or do I need to ask the new device from the reseller?
