I ordered a micro usb cable from nokia online store on 13 June and it was delivered to me on 15 june. The product wasn't working so I tried to return the order but the moment the order status was updated to delivered the return order button isn't working. So I reported it to the customer care and they asked me to send a video of the product being put into the box. I sent it and got a reply after 2days to send another video with mentioning the proble which I did and got a reply after 3days. This totally took 10days. I observed that the process is slow so I got a new cable offstore. The product has a return policy for 10days after 10days they replied to the mail saying that there is no return/refund only exchange can be done. This all likes like a scam forcing the customer to pay the money.
