[Moved] Nokia 3.2 switching off by itself

I started having this issue about 2days ago while on call it will switch off and today 4/07/20 is even worst since morning till this time it has switched of 19times pls kindly assist. And I just upgraded the android version to 10; thanks

Battery problem has started due to which your device unable to handle to run the apps ,better take the device to nearest care center along with purchase bill and get it checked.
