TA-1128 vs TA-1119 single vs dual sim differences

Hi there,

I own a TA-1128 and i can see my sim tray only has provision for 1 sim card.

Whilst inspecting inside the phone i see that the PCB appears to have contacts for the 2nd sim card.

Is there any practical way to 'convert' a single sim TA-1128 phone in to a TA-1119 dual sim phone - Obtaining the dual sim trays are quite easy and cheap (eBay), i assume there would need to be some firmware update or perhaps ADB to activate the dual sim? has anyone completed this?
