i purchased nokia 8.1 in September 29 ,2019 in 22 march,2019 left side earbud not working so i want to go service center but service center closed due to covid-19,after service center open,i gone there after that they said to me your earbud replace but condition is if you take confirmation letter from company then we will replace, so i talk to customer care they generate a case , reference number is-1493528 and after one month they say only handset warranty extended not for accessories.If this was to be said, I do not know why I was making a fool for a month.
