I have the following consistent issue with my Nokia 3.1 TA-1063, having the latest updates. Each time the phone has done a cold boot (for example due to power starvation) the SIM cards are momentarily reversed. This can be experienced as the pincode of card 1 have to be entered as card 2. Interestingly the carrier within the description is also reversed. If the user enters the pin codes, the phone will connect to the networks, but within a minute, both networks with be dropped. If the cell phone is then rebooted (hot boot) the pincodes can be entered in the expected order and the networks remain connected.
