2720 Flip 4G availability in the US?

When will the Nokia 2720 Flip 4G launch in the US? I see that the TA-1175 model has already received FCC approval. Since ATT & TMO are shutting down their 3G networks in early next year, seems like it would be a good opportunity to launch in the US. My parents 3310 3G will become brick in Jan on TMO, so would be great to have the 2720 4G as a replacement
