Unfortunately there is not official way to downgrade your phone, neither to unlock the bootloader on your device. For what I've read around this forum, the android 10 update is causing issues in almost all Nokia Phones...even the most recent ones that received Android 10 have many, many issues/bugs....
MR updates crashed almost all Nokias in notifications, battery, microphones, cameras....
In summary.....what a bull5h17 job by HMD......damn, not even Xiaomi does this kind of job....

It's funny how all Nokia devices receive updates per month, the 3.1 plus doesn't, they seem to be blocked or something like that
Hopefully it will be fixed soon, the device is quite good
