my return order pending

i have purchased Nokia 110 JUN27 2020 ,received product have damaged (charging point and Network singal not working) almost 3 month time going ,i have requested replace product but request pending , i am suffering to contact my family, request still pending

i contact number of time customer care they says it will process.

ordered date 27 jun 2020

3rd month running

still waiting product replace ??????????

my area all courier services are running
