Battery usage data isn't available

I have had the Nokia 3.1 (TA-1049) (Oreo 8.0) for about one week and I am very happy with it overall. But I would like to know which apps use the most battery so I can better manage the battery consumption.

However, under Settings -> Battery -> 'App usage since full charge'

I see the message "Battery usage data isn't available".

I think there is supposed to be a list of apps and how much battery power each app uses.

I have tried factory reset, clearing the cache and data for "Battery protection", and restarting, but I still get the same message "Battery usage data isn't available", even when the batter is down to 50% (i.e., not just after disconnecting it from power).

I will be grateful for advice.

Thank you.

  •  Did you get the 5 July Security Update yet?

My US Nokia 3.1 TA-1049 had this issue, but it seems to have corrected itself, possibly after that update.

Ah, I got the 5 July update after I posted the message. And indeed, now the issue is fixed. Thanks!
