Unable to launch camera application when phone battery is less than 15% on Nokia 7.2

1. Camera was working fine before.
2. Received August 2020 security patch update.
3. Unable to launch camera application when phone battery is less than 15%.
4. After launching camera application, phone shows a black screen and camera never launches.
5. Restarted the phone, then camera started working fine.
6. Issue is seen everytime when phone's battery is less than 15%.

Maybe the battery saver (some features are stopped to save battery) is trying to stop the camera app from launching. I am not sure try turning off the battery saver when you reach at 15% and do it again.
