I try complaining the same issue to them on their live chat and all they keep telling is that that's the latest updates for now
They don't know anything in the live chat, and even less in nokia care. I have written to several parties and they say that it is because of covid-19, or if not that it will be launched very soon, but they don't say the fixed date when the update will be launched, I don't believe them anymore.
And from them (Hmd global) you can expect anything regarding updates.
