This was a SEALED box ? , line in display is the lcd or 2% chance that is a pin on the flexcable connector , but im guessing lcd faulty. Go back where you bought it , bring the box , receit from purches and DONT wait , do it right away.
i wont bother to comment on the other stuff since 1 , 2 , 3 is enuff to go back AS SOON as you noticed it. Hope that you get this solved , but im guessing that whit that many faults , the phone cant even pass the tests in the Technician menu / Testing menus where they test camera , sensors , touch pretty mouch everything ... or maby its so damaged in transit , or something weird. where did you buy it ? directly from Nokia , webshop , reseller , refurbisher , used ?
