Try the adobe photoshop camera app , it gives best results in just a second or two
Its just enhances the picture for optimum level which looks nice .
The app is not available for nokia devices (not supported by developer yet) though u can sideload the apk but there is minor stutters (may be sufficient RAM will overcome this).
Give it a try : ).
