Low Internal Storage Issues from 8GB-32GB

I have a suggestion to made to HMD concerning some of the phones that has low internal memory from 8GB-32GB. I believe the solution is simple.

Firstly, they should send an update in which the affected phone can update and be able to format is "External Memory Card" to function as "Internal Memory".

Secondly, Once the above is done, whatever update comes next shouldn't destroy or intercept with the process.

Finally, whatever application install should work properly, and not by any chance should it goes back to default even though a command is made by factory reset.
