What is its resolution and ppi.
Nokia 3.4 has a HD+ 720p punch hole display. You can check more details about the phone in the link below.
It'll definitely be a 720p res
And what about ppi
And what about an update to amend the crap that was done in many Nokia phones with the Android 10 update?
Live with it.. My Nokia 5 is just as bad as it was 1.5 years ago and I doubt they'll treat their other phones better
Has nokia 3.4 have Corning Gorilla glass protection??
They didn't mention it anywhere which means both the phones do not come with Gorilla Glass. It should be a normal toughened glass.
I totally agree with you @Kartik Gada but it's a fine design, got the looks of the 8.3.
You received 2 os updates that made your phone stay relevant, the 5 issues are from the speed of the hardware and amount of ram. There are no outstanding bugs
@jdi000 I'd rather have no updates because some random Lenovo I got from e-waste is better in every aspect than my Nokia 5. What's the point of updates when they turn a phone from good to an absolutely useless piece of junk? The lenovo probably hasn't got a single update in it's lifetime but at least it works fine with half the RAM and a Mediatek SoC. The only better things about the Nokia are the build quality and display.
Sorry you had issues with your Nokia 5, but you have to remember that the 5 was released long ago.
Nokia has dramatically improved there optimizations of phone software. If your 5 stayed on its original OS it too would probably be same as the day you bought it. The point of Nokia is its giving new OS versions to all customers even the least expensive phone they sell, so you don't have to buy new phone every year to get the latest OS or security patches that flagship phones have. Nokia have improved greatly since it released the original series of phones, and they keep getting better. Try a newer phone like 5.3 and you will see the difference. Also these phones get maintenance releases, sometimes a little slow but they do come. Moto/Lenovo phones are well built and optimized but the slow to no updates and lack of security patches is frustrating. They also have had bugs that take along time to fix or even ones that don't get addressed bc the phone reached its one year of support.
You can see from the list that Nokia cared about the 5 by the amount of updates. That is trying hard to support and offer value.
@jdi000 "Moto/Lenovo phones are well built and optimized but the slow to no updates and lack of security patches is frustrating. They also have had bugs that take along time to fix or even ones that don't get addressed bc the phone reached its one year of support."
Well, ironically it's my Nokia that's the buggier one, even though it had like 30 more updates than the Lenovo. And they're really frustrating issues like the phone killing itself at 0% battery or not being detected by my PC almost every time
Never had issue with pc and any nokia phones , you should keep battery between 80-20 to max it's life I never let phone get to zero. Which model do you have and what actual bugs do you have ?
My PC isn't detecting my Nokia (3.1 Plus) phone either... Stopping me from being able to transfer file via USB and using ADB.... For a very long time now
I have a Nokia 5 TA-1024, when it reaches 0% battery, it gets stuck there and charges like 1 in 10 times. Second issue - when I connect my phone to a PC, it connect but then immediately disconnects. Third issue - the audio when recording videos is unusable. All of these happened after updates
First never let phone go to 0% keep it between 80-20.
Second - Sounds like a driver or cable issue
Third - backup and factory reset the device.
You're right about the battery but it's still a bug and it shouldn't be there. However the second issue is 100% the phone's fault because I've tried two different cables, three different computers with two different operating systems and all of them did the same thing
It shows up like this on the PC and asks me whether I want to allow it to transfer files. When I press OK, it disconnects from the PC and that's it.
Third issue - It's unfixable, I've reset the phone a million times and it still does the same thing. Thankfully the microphone works fine on everything else
@jdi000 Oh I actually forgot two things: An update made the audio output noticeably worse and another update made the camera a lot worse. When comparing the audio output with a Nokia 5220 Xpressmusic with the same headphones and MP3 file, the 5220 sounds waaay better and that phone is 10 years older
Sorry but I do not see any issue on my 5.3 the sound output is great with bluetooth headphones and the camera works well for pictures.
I didn't have any of these issues when the phones was new, all of my issues started sometime in May 2019, two years after the phone's release
What phone are you specifically referring to
Nokia 5 TA-1024, I don't have issues with any other phone I have
