Is this phone shipping with an unlockable bootloader? (like in the 7 and 2 series were at launch?)

Will this phone ship with an unlockable bootloader like some phones in the Nokia 7 & 2 series (we know that they were patched later, but still....), if so, will it be that way or will it be patched with a software update in the near future?

Hoping we get a bootloader unlock website with support to all models when these new phones reach users.........
