    Hello @DuncanM

    Try this,

If you add your Nokia phone contacts to your Gmail & Outlook Account or in Memory Card to new phone, then Select

Contacts ---> Options ---> Settings ---> Import, and

    then the relevant option.

    Regards!

  • In Nokia Lumia whenever a user set up an email account in Windows phone such as Outlook, it automatically synchronizes the phone contacts to People App. Thereafter, the user only needs to open Outlook.com account in the browser and download Lumia contacts on the local machine.

  • If you're looking for a Nokia phone that supports synchronizing contacts with Outlook, you may want to consider Nokia's feature phone line. These phones offer basic functionality, but they can still sync contacts with Outlook.

One option is the Nokia 3310 3G, which is a modern take on the classic Nokia 3310. It has a 2.4-inch display, 2-megapixel camera, and 64MB of storage (expandable with a microSD card). It runs Nokia's Series 30+ operating system and supports syncing contacts with Outlook.

Another option is the Nokia 215 4G, which has a 2.4-inch display, 0.3-megapixel camera, and 16MB of storage (also expandable with a microSD card). It runs Nokia's Series 30+ operating system and supports syncing contacts with Outlook.

Both of these phones are relatively inexpensive and offer basic functionality, but they should be able to meet your needs for syncing contacts with Outlook.

Thanks Andy, Reba, James and Charles. Few years ago I solved the issue , after consulting these forums and contacting Nokia customer service, by getting a non-Nokia phone.

    :-)

    1. iPhone: The iPhone can sync contacts with Microsoft Outlook via iTunes or iCloud.
    2. Android: Android phones can sync contacts with Outlook using the Outlook app or by setting up an Exchange account.
    3. Windows Phone: Microsoft's own Windows Phone can easily sync contacts with Outlook.
    4. BlackBerry: BlackBerry phones can sync contacts with Outlook using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager software.
    5. Nokia: Some Nokia phones have built-in support for syncing contacts with Outlook.

In general, any phone that supports Exchange ActiveSync should be able to sync contacts with Outlook. So if you're unsure whether your phone supports this feature, check if it supports Exchange ActiveSync.

Nokia feature phones, such as the Nokia 3310 or Nokia 8110 4G, typically offer support for syncing contacts with Outlook. These phones use Nokia's proprietary operating systems and provide a user-friendly interface for basic phone functions, including contact management.
