Better You may head to developer settings where you may control your device RAM using these options

• Background Process Limit- You can set the process limit to either 3/4 process
• Running Services- This will make you to monitor which apps are consuming RAM and also have option to STOP process the app which makes your device get free up some space in RAM

These are helpful to monitor and limit the RAM usage for your device
