Please can someone tell me how to start a discussion thread on this community? I can't find an option saying to start a discussion. Please help.

I have issues with low volume via headphone jack. I only wish I had the too loud issue.
It is only too loud without headphones. With my Bluetooth headphones i have no problems with the volume.
Also on my Nokia 3.4 the ringtone is much too loud on minimum volume. Just like the Nokia Start Jingle. It is the same problem as with the Nokia 7.2.
I asked the support, they has no solution for that.
It really is too loud, please reduce the minimum volume by a lot in the future update. Currently the whole house hears it when it's on "minimum", it should be barely heard near the phone
