Nokia 8.1 not recieving SP Updates.

I'm a Nokia 8.1 user from india.. i haven't received October 2020 SP still now.. and today HMD released November SP for some countries. But not india. Why is this happening? So, we are not going to get Android 11 update aswell or any so called "PROMISED UPDATES" too?

Yeah even I have not received any update since September . And people here in community don't letting anyone to raise this problem . Now so called blind eye supporters will come here to flag us 😂

Now i think that we won't be getting android 11 too which was promised by this year end..

just ignore the blind supporters, i was worried about the update that's why i came here..

I also didn't get the November SP. I am on Airtel. I think they will directly hook us with Android 11 to let us fight with the bugs first. Lolz.

I faced the same problem. After contacting support chat they suggested to either factory reset or visit care center.

I think the only feasible option I have is to try factory resetting

Yeah, not received October and November security yet, stuck with sep update. I do check for updates many times in a day but disappointed every time when I see no new updates. Don't understand what's going on. Many Nokia models have recieved October security update. Few models are receiving Nov month severity also. HMD have released update for Nokia 8.1 in other regions not in India yet... Loosing my patience. ....HMD has not given any explanation that why is so much delay for Nokia 8.1. PLEASE ANSWER HMD..,,,🤔🤔☹️😠😠

They already gave out the roadmap for android 11 release. It shows that nokia 8.1 will get Android 11 update in Q4 2020 itself.🤷

Agreed. Nokia is getting slower and slower in updates.

But this month it can be excepted, because today I just received an update and it was a major one (On my Nokia 7.2. it can be similar on yours too). This update include security patch and various UI changes, bug fixes for our phones.

The size of the update is around 1.6 gb..😅

Hi my Nokia 8.1 is not functioning well after recieving a security patch lately, my reciever can not hear me when talking even at high speaker level...bit when i turned/used on the SPEAKER MODE - they can hear me well...what seems to be the problem and what should i do..HELP...HELP...
