Service center tell about nokia 3.1 plus

Right now I am coming from the service center they are not agreeing for downgrading, they said wait till December, any updates will come,if not then comes we will see it

and then it is said that it is a chance for the dead if we downgrade it

Also telling ur device are on latest update so what can i do .same file i also have .so no need

1) wait for an update for some more time

2) if you are on april update, i can provide you a 100% working guide

3) if on may update, wait for update :-(

4) if its really urgent, i suggest you ask some third party mobile shops for upgrading or flashing your phone and then upgrading
