Call Screen is not working while on call! Can't Cut/Mute/conference while call is ongoing

From last couple of days, call screen is not working!!


I can't Cut the call, I can't put call on Loudspeaker, can't mute, can't add on call!!


But when I press Back button it is working and I can navigate all things by clicking on left side's Small Round popup button on other screen.

I can't press any of the button of attached screenshot. But when I'll press back button I can navigate through small fixed options.

In short, main calling screen is not working while I'm on call!!!

    Same here, this is very annoying. There are workarounds for speaker and hangup via the notification-menu but not for conferencing and keypad.

    I was able to make a conference on Tuseday, so this bug came probably in with the latest update.

    Please do the following:


    - Go to Settings -> Apps and Notifications -> show all apps -> Phone -> memory -> clear cache

    - Go to Settings -> Apps and Notifications -> show all apps -> Phone -> Menu -> uninstall all updates


    After this do a soft reset. Press and hold volume up and on/off until you see the android-logo (takes more than 10 seconds). Do not charge your phone while doing this. No data is lost and the buttons work again.

    Same problem here except my back button was also unresponsive. I ended up doing a long press on my power button and restarting the phone.

    Bit old topic, but I was having the same issue. I ended up uninstalling the phone app from the Play Store. This brings you back to a rather old version of the app. After that, it was all working again. I did disable the auto-update for the app.

    Today I installed the update to the app from January 14 and it seems to work properly again.
