Phone suddenly died
My 7.1 apparently received an OS update the other night, as it showed the phone restarting when I unlocked the screen after I woke up.

My 7.1 apparently received an OS update the other night, as it showed the phone restarting when I unlocked the screen after I woke up. Then before I could do anything, the screen went black, and I have been unable to get it to do anything since. The screen is dead, it won't receive calls or texts, no combination of power / volume down keys, nor plugging into usb power will affect any change. Is there any way to connect externally to recover the phone, reinstall the OS, etc, or is it fully "bricked"?
