Why Nokia 3.1 is slow after android 10 update?

Updated the phone and now it's super slow, it lags a lot. This is Nokia 3.1,not Nokia 3.1 plus.

After every Android upgrade ,most of the devices face the same issue and for fixing this these developers take almost 3 or 4 months to roll out MR update, which is bit frustrating

Until then there are some tweaks can be done using developer mode

• Settings>System>advance>developer mode>Running Services>three dots>Show Cache Process>Select the app which is using more than 40 MB RAM>Tap on Stop
• Settings>System>advance>developer mode>Background app process>Atmost 4 Process
