Phone only gets recieves 5GHz Wifi

Hey there,

My Wifes phone (Nokia 5.3 TA-1234) only gets the 5ghz wifi of our router. Normally, both 2.3 GHz and 5GHz use the same SSID (with MESH), but for testing I renamed them, so they have different names. Now when I search for networks, the only one found is the 5GHz Wifi, even if I stand right beside the router.

Since we have to work with repeater which just able to use 2.3 ghz wifi, not everything is covered with the 5 GHz wifi. So she constantly looses connection, which causes her to use her mobile data, which is pretty fast drained caused by this issue.

I already serched in the options, if there is anything enabld, so the phone only uses 5GHZ, but either there is no option or I haven't found it.

Has anyone else encountered this or has a clue, how to solve this?

my phone (Nokia 5.3) disconect somfing of all Wi-Fi ( bug software ? ardware ?) am test reset Wi-Fi seting dont win , reset mobile loose. good Luck with yours
