My nokia 5.3 has stutter problem.whenever I try to open and close an app, I notice the stuttering. And also while moving from one page to other page.

I notice lag only in the phone app when I receive/answer calls, the other apps work smoothly.
I also have the screen stutter issue. It very annoying, and getting worse by the day.
