Close App message pops up every now and then

Hi, I am using Nokia 7.2 for almost an year now and I keep getting the popups of close app on my phone. Earlier it was for Amazon, flipkart and wynk app. It never stays logged in. I had login every time to the app. I had to reset my phone more than 15 times to correct that issue, now I still get close app message on the and just goes away. Sometimes, my phone acts like somebody is using my phone remotely. I subscribed for Kaspersky app and did complete scan, phone does not have malware. Please help.
