NOT getting SOFTWARE UPDATES after service centre visit

After service centre guys outdated my softwares, (due to android reinstallation) I am not receiving any updates.(Tried 'check for updates' from settings).

Pathetic service from NOKIA.

Service centre still has that same older update.

Any solution?

Go to the service station again and ask them to fix it ,that's the only solution

Which build is currently installed to your device? Can you check and tell me about that?

You'll find it in the About Phone section of the settings app.

I checked with them lately, they haven't got the newer version. They still have that same 1 year old version.

   Find "About phone" Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen. Press the settings icon. Press About phone.

   Update phone software. Press System update. If a new software version is available, it's displayed.
