Make sure you have plenty of charge in the phone battery and DO NOT have the charger connected.
try going to system=>Advanced=>Reset Option=>Reset App preferences
The following may remove some saved passwords and reset app preferences.
The hold the on/off button and the volume up button for 10 seconds until you feel the phone vibrate.
The phone will reboot. If it doesn't reboot cleanly, simply turn it off by the on/off button, wait 10 seconds and then turn back on. Wait for the screen to repopulate the icons.
This wont help.. It all started after Android 11 update and can only be fixed by a software which HMD would never give to its users. They screw up the phone on purpose.
