NOKIA 3.4 STUCK ON SOFTWARE UPDATES

My Nokia 3.4, model TA-1285, is stuck in the security patch of March 1, 2021, in the build 00WW_1_330_SP02 and in Google Play system updates it stayed in April 1, 2021. This should not happen anymore that the phone was bought free of network operator.

When trying to update the google play system, the device restarts but it is still in the same version. This problem must be solved very soon so as not to have more problems and to be able to obtain Android 11.

    first make a backup off the phone


    try factory reset the phone

    when the phone comes back try to update the system by select serche for updates

    its under settings system avancent systemupdates

    log in to your google acount

    under security it shod say green

    I've found that updates install better and remain stable if you first restart the phone in safe mode. Then switch on the wifi, do the update and then restart normally. Might not work for everyone but it's the only way mine stays up to date without rebooting.

    Spoke too soon. Just had a random reboot and had to update.... Again .. Sorry Nokia, you lost another customer, I've had enough.......

    Nokia 3.4 on July 2021. No updates. Still on July security patch. Why it's happening. It says the phone is android one. But no ipdates
