Nokia 6.1 Plus Issue in latest Security patch AUDIO ISSUE

I have a Nokia 6.1 Plus and I updated it to the latest patch. After updating it my speakers are not working. Whenever I play some ringtones or alarms, the audio is there but whenever someone calls me or if I open YouTube or gallery there is no audio.I have even tried resetting my device but the issue still persists. But yes whenever I plug in the headphones the audio is there from the headphones. After that I tried the test mode and the device failed speaker test, I literally don't know why, because whenever some one calls me the ringtones play and even the alarms play. Please Nokia fix this immediately.
