We are trying to understand more about our customers and our Fans. And we thought what better place to start than our amazing community.

If you REALLY want to understand your customers, you better start reading our posts in this community, instead of just making occasional, completely useless announcements! This community is FULL of complaints and bug reports, which you simply ignore, and don't even bother to give the slightest reply! 😤

I agree. Feedback about the phones is okay, but there's a definite need for a deeper community integration i.e listen to the people who have bought your phones and try to ensure that they are satisfied. And also take their feedback about the things that need to be improved and only then launch a new device. similar-looking device with no specific distinction or upgrade points isn't really helping hmd right now. It is not quite satisfying to see a brand new device riddled with the identical long-term problems and then seeing not enough attention from the company.

Even if hmd does pay some attention somewhere, that's only internal somewhere. We, as consumers, don't see the effort or willingness. Definitely need to up your game about how you engage and listen to your consumers and build products that they want, not the ones that you want to sell to them.

When is result of this contest is will announce @srijanbhatia @dipankar paul ?

Contest is extended till Tuesday, 31st August, 11:59 PM IST so result should be announced now ?

And Nokia Mobile India international Dog Day competition result is also not announced yet , as Per T & C result should announced on 1st september 2021

We done many comments on post and Personal DMs but not getting any response from all social media handle they are ignoring us and we are very disappointed with behavior with Nokia fans , you playing with our fillings and we all Nokia fans are loosing trust in you Day by Day

Kindly look in matter and give reply atleast 🙏

On community fans are frustrated.

I think The person @srijanbhatia has left HMD job so forgot about this contest winner and prize 😑 and they organised International Dog day and not announced winner of that contest also 😐 and that not acceptable form reputed company like HMD / Nokia
