It is impossible. The warning is built into the abl and abl is signed using OEM private keys which means it cannot be tampered with.
I am using derpfest custom rom & phone's rooted even though its rooted I am still unable to modify the permissions of abl_a & abl_b files in bootdevice folder, its the only thing that's irritating me rn.
You cannot and you should not. If you modify the abl (application bootloader), then the device will hard brick and will be unable to boot up (even to the fastboot mode). Trust me, it is impossible to hide the warning if the bootloader is unlocked. You need to live with it :)
