Lowest speaker volume too loud

Hi All,

I'm new to a Nokia 8.5 5G and have an odd problem - in a meeting (Teams) with the output set to speaker the call is very loud, and even when I turn the volume down to lowest setting it's still too loud.

My previous phone at lowest setting was a bare whisper at lowest speaker volume and I regularly had to turn volume up to 50%+ for normal calls - so I'm wondering if others have this issue?

No issue with headphones, and "earpiece" setting (like when on a call) seemed ok. Just not on "speaker".

Any help appreciated.
