Data and MMS APN parameters lost after bootup

Hi,

Since I bought Nokia 5.4 as new phone, I'm experiencing multiple loss of APN settings in a day. I can reproduce the issue systematically at phone startup but it can also occur randomly.

When I start the phone, the modem is connecting correctly to 4G network, but, few seconds after, the mobile data becomes definitively unavailable. The MMS send/receive is also lost.

If I open network settings, I can observe that no APN is define anymore and I have to re-enter them manually or click to "restore default settings" to recover data features.

I tried many parameters to fix it, but no one is functional:

  • disable roaming
  • disable network autoselect and select my operator network manually
  • switch on/off airplane mode
  • enable/disable data to force reconnect
  • switch off/on wifi to force reconnect
  • reset network parameters (GSM, wifi, bluetooth)
  • perform phone factory reset multiple times
  • restart in safe mode
  • switch SIM card slot
  • use alternative sim card
  • check sim card in another phone

I decided to extract phone logs with logcat and found traces of connection loss:

then:

finally:

Could you tell me how to fix this issue which prevents me to use my phone as a it was designed for ?
