My Nokia 6.1 plus got turned off suddenly, not turning on after that
Hi, My Nokia 6.1 Plus phone got switch off all of a sudden, after that I tried switching on, but the screen went off after the Nokia logo is displayed.

My Nokia 6.1 Plus phone got switch off all of a sudden, after that I tried switching on, but the screen went off after the Nokia logo is displayed. Since then it is not turning on, not it is charging. I tried to reboot by pressing both Volume up and power key same time, but that is also not working. The screen is dead since last 2 days.
Need help to understand what could have went wrong.

I think your phone's motherboard is dead. Try to contact the Nokia care center if these people have a solution. But in my view, the motherboard is finished. And you need to buy another phone because the price of the motherboard is Rs 9500/-.
Actually, Nokia 6.1 plus motherboard is quite vulnerable. I think the quality of the motherboard is not good.
dont go for nokia 6.1 plus. its absolutely rubbish
