Nokia 7.2 camera issues

My mobile camera stops working after few hours. Always I have to restart the phone to use my camera

My snapchat app also doesn't work .

No upadtae it's been 2 years.

Worst experience from nokia no updates and no fixing of bugs .

No reply from the customer care from this issues

I'm already contacted with Nokia support member but they give only one solution- factory data reset..

My camera is not working properly. When I want to use it will be full black I and I have to restart my phone. When I am playing some battel royal game when enemy is in my front and it game got stuck.when I am dead game will go smoothly . please fix it
