HMD should give android 12 and skip Android 11 in 7.2/6.2

We are fed-up and you have to keep your promise and compensate by giving Android 12 since it's more than a year android 11 was launched and you promised timely updates

I stand with the sentiment. However. this is not going to happen. Although they should, I do not think they "promised" "timely" updates anywhere. They only assured of regular updates via security patches and Android OS upgrades.

The 7.2 is the most troublesome phone I ever had. Still I get some value out of it, for example I do manage to make decent photos with it - using the stock camera app as well as GCam .

I do regret ever buying a Nokia 7.2 though. This has a lot to do with the lack of regular updates (monthly anyone?) and lack of communication about the promised Upgrade, that slipped twice.

I am really disappointed how HMD Global is dealing with customers.

  • which steps to take to remind HMD about its accountability?

By steering clear of the Nokia brand.
