My Phone Nokia 6.1 re starts automatically on receipt of call or when i will play any media file

    It could be an ageing battery. I recommend that you have your device inspected at a Nokia Mobile Care point near you :)

    It could be the battery or maybe it's juss acting up😝😅

    May be its your mobile's battery problem. Over the usage, the battery may get a tad too loose, either because the rear cover is slightly bent or the battery connectors have worn down and are not in perfect shape anymore. Whatever the reason is, even the slightest gap between battery and pins may cause the phone restarting issue.
