Refund due to lack of updates accepted

Due to the apparent lack of version updates in my country, I got my seller to accept a return of the device. It was sold under false information and the purchase contract therefore never was fulfilled. I sincerely hope they charge this back on Nokia. I can recommend everyone to do the same. This way I also won't have to be annoyed by the touch-freezes and other bugs that never got fixed. I will never buy Nokia and HMD again.

Different countries, different experience. In my country there has been no update and no info on it at all.
