I think all 3.4 users should be given a roadmap or an idea of when android 12 will be available to update from hmd rather than them hide behind a poor customer service where we have no information or idea when we shall or if we are going to get android 12, totally agree that android 13 is in a test phase and most phones have already received a12 and it's now April 2022..this is the last Nokia phone I shall ever own because the company cannot keep its promises to have updates as the promised..false advertisement comes to mind..it I don't get android 12 soon then I shall switch to a different mobile phone company that can keep its promises of updates.
Bro we all Nokia users must start a campaign every single update gives lots of bugs and they never be solved.
Your android updates are buggy and veeery late. Still waiting for android 12 on my 3.4 where the android 11 is still buggy.

Basically, the processor manufacturer makes the drivers for the processor that you can use to communicate with Android. Currently, the OnePlus Nord N100 didn’t get Android 12 either, which handled the same processor. So I think we're waiting for two manufacturers ...
