Hlo, if you can not found in the latest update on nokia then follow this steps.

Install available updates

Tap Settings > System > Advanced > System update > Check for update to check if updates are available.

When your phone notifies you that an update is available, just follow the instructions shown on the screen.😃😃

I just purchased about 6 months ago, an XR20, I was happy with the phone until shortly after the internal speaker earpiece STOPPED working Nokia is PATHETIC!! Since store warrant was only 30 days and I has a IMEI of not a nokia product in Canada nokia wont cover it They told me to ask my supplier to get the repair options from them as it seem registration is in Hong Kong My supplier is not returning my emails so PATHETIC nokia should warrant ant bran new phone anywhere world wide PATHETIC!! XR20 Android 13 Calls can only be done on external speakers..Yep I think its time for Nokia to get out of the phone business THANKS MUCH nokia

Nokia is a good phone... but in terms of memory capacity and battery quality and long-term charging... it needs more work... I'm sure other brands have less... there is competition... and after all, Nokia has its own fans.

They advised me to request repair options from my supplier because it appears that the registration is in Hong Kong. Unfortunately, my supplier is not responding to my emails, which is very disappointing. Nokia should honor the warranty for my brand-new phone.
