VOLUME OF VIDEOS FAR TOO LOW

The volume of video recordings is far too low. All of the volume controls in settings are set at MAX.

There is an online blog that says to tap the camera icon and an outline of the microphone will appear and you

can change the direction from which the mike picks up sound. Well, that outline does not appear on either of our

8.3's - yes, I bought 2 at once.

BTW - other people's videos sound just fine.

If anyone knows how to fix this, please respond.

    Turn OFF the OZO sound feature in the settings.
