Please help me

Singer new

My Nokia 8.1 is 2.5 years old.

1. It shuts down randomly, especially when I open the camera app and won't boot again until I plug in the charger.

2. When I charge it. The battery percentage increases very fast. But, when I remove it from charger, the battery goes down very fast. Like from 30% to 8%.

Please help. What should I do?

It looks like a degraded battery. You should opt for a new battery :)
