Must be close to one of the best, for me, but VERY slow with updates. Still on March22, and A11. Why?

My friend all Nokia is concerned about is releasing new phones and not keeping their word. For example, my Nokia 2.4 is still running on A11, 5th March Patch, even after other regions getting their A12 update. You could say they're region biased.
We can only release the software to your market once each region/network operator has approved the build, and the time taken for these approvals can vary considerably between regions and network operators.
Is this only for Nokia phones or for all other Android phone manufacturers available in the market.
For all established players the software update delivery varies from region to region. I had similar happenings on my OnePlus as well. But I think the delay with Nokia's software delivery is pretty high. They take too long to get these approvals done.
Nokia G20 in UAE received Android 12 with May security patch last week and also received June security patch yesterday whereas my Nokia X20 is still on April Security patch.
So I get it. It all happens as per the approvals done by Nokia.
