How to recover data if phone prompted for factory reset

Hi All,

I purchased Nokia G20 recently.

After few months when phone not showing apps properly restarted the phone.

Then it went to recovery mode.

I left with two options

1. Reboot 2. Factory reset

Tried to reboot may times but phone going to recover screen.

So I left with option factory reset.

So can anybody suggest how can I recover data before doing factory reset.

There's no way to perform a backup from this state. Unfortunately, you'll need to wipe everything, that too only if the factory reset is actually implemented. AFAIK, most phones now have it broken and you'll likely need to send your phone to care center.

Is it possible to enter recovery mode from this screen .

I am able to enter 'fastboot' mode and from there to 'no command's screen.

After that if I press ' power + volume -up' unable to enter recovery mode

I want to do Cache-cleanup
